Shipping and payment
Delivery
We carefully pack your order and send it via DHL with an emphasis on maximum protection during transport. Thanks to high-quality packaging, even fragile goods arrive safely at your door.
For packaging, we use eco-friendly fill chips made from biodegradable corn starch, which are kind to the environment.
The usual delivery time is 7–14 working days. Each piece is carefully prepared in a German workshop, so delivery times may vary depending on current stock availability and production workload. Express delivery is available by prior arrangement, with the express shipping price set individually.
Prices
The price you see next to the item is the price you pay. Shipping calculated at checkout and nothing further is added to the order.
Payment
You can pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, by payment card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank transfer. None of the payment methods carry a fee.
Returning goods
You can return the goods within 14 days from receiving it, without giving a reason. You can find the detailed procedure in the Terms and Conditions, Article 5. We\'re also happy to help you by phone.
